1. Beta scope
Klyro is a free testing service operated by the individual identified in the Imprint. These Terms govern access to the website, football intelligence, Stories, prepared media and test features. The beta is not a paid subscription service.
2. Accounts and suspension
Where beta accounts are available, you must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure and remain responsible for activity under your account. Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or systems, comply with law, or operate the limited beta fairly.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Klyro for lawful personal use or internal evaluation. You must not interfere with security or availability, bypass technical or entitlement controls, scrape or automate unreasonable request volumes, probe vulnerabilities, reverse engineer protected systems, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, infringe third-party rights, or use Klyro to mislead others about the source or verification of content.
4. Football information
Klyro provides informational and independent editorial football analysis based on supported evidence. Information may be delayed, incomplete, disputed or corrected. Klyro is not an official competition, club, governing body, betting, scouting, legal or financial service and must not be the sole basis for consequential decisions.
5. Intellectual property
Klyro’s original interface, software, editorial structure, copy and prepared media are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, badges, marks and data remain the property of their respective owners. No right to resell, sublicense, remove required attribution or claim Klyro content as your own is granted unless agreed in writing.
6. Free service
Klyro is currently provided free of charge. A verified account may save Stories, follow supported football subjects, receive a personalized Story feed, synchronize eligible preferences and use the available export features within published limits. No payment is required, and creating an account does not create a subscription or purchase obligation. Klyro does not collect checkout payment, card details or deposits.
7. Changes and availability
The beta may contain errors. Continuous availability, preservation of test data and any particular feature are not guaranteed. Features, limits, interfaces and supported competitions may change or be withdrawn. Klyro may maintain, pause or discontinue the beta and will preserve mandatory rights where applicable.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer protections. Subject to those rules, the free beta is provided on an “as available” basis and users remain responsible for independently checking information before relying on it.
9. Updates
Material changes will be published with a revised effective date and additional notice where required.
